Upside-Down Cornmeal Cake

This is by far one of my favorite guilt-free desserts... and one of the best ways I can think of to use all those berries before the season ends!


My cousin gave me this recipe from her August 2007 issue of Better Homes and Gardens.  I've made it a million times since then.  It's incredibly delicious, simple... and it's only 200 calories per serving!

See, easy right?  I love to make this in the summer when I have people over because it's such a pretty cake that they're always impressed with my baking capabilities...
