You may have noticed that I love smoothies. They are the best way for a girl on the go to get some nutrition in the morning. I like to make them and drink them while I get ready for the day-- portable and healthy breakfast! I've shared a few favorites in the past, and I'd like to add this one to the list.
Strawberry Protein Smoothie
1 Cup Strawberries (Frozen or Fresh)
1/2 Cup of Oats
1 Teaspoon of Raw Honey
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
1 Cup of Almond Milk
Put everything in a blender with a handful of ice, and blend together until smoothie :) Enjoy! This recipe works very well with any kid of berry.
